| Goals: |
| AMR Powersports Inc. wants to help Amateur racers by offering a one stop shop for all their racing needs while also providing an opportunity to win some valuable contingency dollars which can then be used to buy other much needed racing equipment throughout the racing season. |
| Objectives: |
| The objective was to make contingency dollars available to all riders and not just the select few who continuously place in the top 5 in a given class. To achieve this, it was decided to offer the chance of winning valuable dollars if you place 1st, 5th, 10th and even 15th place in Suzuki SV650 Cup races at both Parts Canada National and Race SuperSeries Regional events. The amount of potential winnings is up to the rider since the eligible contingency dollars are based on a percentage of the total purchases the rider has made with AMR Powersports Inc. prior to the given racing event during the same race season. In short, the more the rider purchases from AMR Powersports Inc. for their racing needs, the more contingency dollars they can win per racing event. |

| The benefits of supporting racers are obvious. AMR Powersports Inc. wishes to grow the business and become a permanent fixture in the Canadian motorcycle racing community and there is no better way then by having loyal customers introducing new customers to our products and services. We would rather spend advertising dollars helping racers instead of placing expensive ads in newspapers and trade magazines. The word of mouth is a powerful thing and if a rider recommends to friends and family to purchase products through AMR Powersports Inc., those dollars spent by them will be accredited to the rider and will increase the amount of potential winnings available to them. |
| Requirements: |
| - Only Amateur riders can apply. Registration is free. |
| - The rider must first register for the Contingency program by filling in the Contingency Form Online at this address: |

| - The rider must register once during each new racing season to be eligible for that year. |
| - The registration must take place prior to the racing event to be eligible. |
| - Total combined purchases must exceed $250 CDN before the rider becomes eligible. |
| - Contingency plan applies only to Parts Canada and RACE SuperSeries SV-CUP races. |
| - Riders must display AMR Powersports Inc. decals on both sides of the bike’s bodywork. |
