When AMR Powersports Inc. set out to define its Policies and Guidelines, we first sat down and discussed what we as customers would expect from an Online Retailer. The three items that were at the top of everyone's list were pretty much the same. The company should:

allow me to return the product should the merchandise not be what I expected.
